A concept plan requires a blend of technical drawing skills and vision for the space. The plan ideally must represent the development at a conceptual level and capture the opportunities to be realised from a new vision for the space in the context of the most compelling aspects of the property – open space, buildings, access ways, orientation to the sun, areas of activity and quiet spaces.
